    Development Course and Latest Development of API Spec 5L （Part Ⅰ）

    • 摘要: 油氣管道建設(shè)從最初的工業(yè)管道至今已經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)多世紀(jì)的發(fā)展。API Spec 5L管線鋼管規(guī)范自1928年發(fā)布第1版起至2007年發(fā)布第44版也經(jīng)歷了近80年的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。該規(guī)范經(jīng)分、合、再整合的不斷修改與完善,已成為油氣管道輸送用鋼管的國(guó)際通行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。API Spec 5L第44版于2007年10月1日出版,2008年10月1日生效,第一次與ISO3183:2007(第2版)等同合版發(fā)布。介紹了API Spec 5L的發(fā)展歷程,API Spec 5L第44版的最新進(jìn)展和變化。

       

      Abstract: Since the construction of early industrial pipelines,construction of the oil/gas pipelines has been developed for more than one century. And from the first edition of the specification of API Spec. 5L for Linepipe as issued in 1928 up to the 44th edition thereof as publicized in 2007,it has been developed nearly eight decades. Thanks to continual amendments and revisions,the specification has been a prevailing international standard as used for steel linepipes for oil/gas transport pipeline service. The 44th edition of API Spec 5L was is-sued on October 1,2007,and became effective on October I,2008,being jointly publicized with ISO 3183: 2007(the 2nd edition ) as the equivalent thereto for the first time. Described in the paper is the development course of API Spec 5L as well as the latest development and changes of it.
