摘要: 對用多只螺紋工作量規(guī)測量同一石油套管螺紋緊密距值存在一定離散性的問題進(jìn)行了分析與研究,找出了引起離散性的各種因素。消除各種引起離散性的因素,不僅可提高螺紋工作量規(guī)間的互換性、測量套管螺紋緊密距值的準(zhǔn)確性和一致性,確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,還可提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。Abstract: A study is made on the problem that in case of measuring the thread standoff of one given piece of oil casing with more than one working gauges,there exists certain dispersion.Causes responsible for the said dispersion are identified.Getting these causes eliminated will not only enhance the exchangeability of the working gauges,improve the measurement accuracy and consistency of casing thread standoff and ensure product quality,but also increase economic benefit of the manufacturer.
