    Discussion on Modification of CPE Process

    • 摘要: 介紹了目前CPE機組的主要工序,提出了卡環(huán)(擋叉)在線脫棒、行星松棒機在線松棒、脫管機離線脫管、用四輥輥模替代三輥輥模,以及旋壓加工縮口部位減少切頭損失的工藝改良設(shè)想。分析認(rèn)為:實現(xiàn)在線脫/松棒,可縮短工藝流程、提高荒管溫度、延長芯棒使用壽命;而用四輥輥模替代三輥輥模,可使定(減)徑后的鋼管由“內(nèi)六方”變?yōu)椤皟?nèi)八方”,從而改善鋼管壁厚精度。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the currently-used main operation steps of the CPE pipe mill.Relevant modification suggestions are put forward,including on-line mandrel extracting with a clasp(block fork),on-line mandrel loosening by planetary mandrel loosening mill,off-line pipe extracting by extracting mill,replacing the 3-roll die with the 4-roll die,and pointing via spinning process to reduce metal loss from cropping,etc. Relevant analysis leads to the following conclusion. Thanks to the on-line mandrel extracting/loosening operation steps,the manufacturing process flow will be shortened,the shell temperature raised,and the mandrel service span expanded,while due to replacement of the 3-roll die with the 4-roll die,the inner profile of the pipe as sized(reduced) will be turned from“the hexagonal”into“the octagonal”,and thus the pipe’s wall thickness accuracy will be improved.
