摘要: 解讀了GB/T 31936—2015《焊接鋼管軋輥》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。介紹了GB/T 31936—2015標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂背景；分析了焊接鋼管用軋輥的特性及選用原則；簡(jiǎn)述了該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中選用的焊接鋼管用鍛造軋輥和鑄造軋輥材質(zhì)，并比較其力學(xué)性能、耐磨性、使用壽命等；指出了焊接鋼管用軋輥的主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)；說(shuō)明了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中涉及的試驗(yàn)方法和檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則等。

Abstract: Interpreted in the article is China national standard，GB/ T 31936—2015 Rolls for Welding Steel Pipe. Described is the background for establishment of the standard. Analyzed are the characteristics of and selection principle for rolls for welded steel pipes. Briefed are the material of the forged roll and the cast roll for welded pipes as specified under the standard. And compared are the two types of rolls in terms of mechanical property， wear resistance and service life. Finally，the main technical indexes for rolls for the weld pipe are pointed out，and the testing methods and inspection regulations as specified under the standard are described.
