    基于ANSYS的城市金屬輸水管道內(nèi)缺陷漏磁模擬

    ANSYS-based Magnetic Flux Leakage Simulation of Internal Defect of Metallic Urban Water Pipeline

    • 摘要: 以Q235A鋼材的城市地下輸水管道的相關(guān)參數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行二維平面建模,通過變化二維模型內(nèi)壁上的缺陷長度、缺陷深度以及提離值,可得到描述缺陷漏磁場情況的磁通密度曲線。通過對比磁通密度曲線,得到管道內(nèi)壁在不同情況下的漏磁場分布規(guī)律;提出用于油氣管道檢測的漏磁檢測方法可以用于城市地下金屬輸水管道的探傷工作。

       

      Abstract: Based on the relevant parameters of the Q235A steel pipe for urban underground water pipeline, a 2-D model is established with the ANSYS software.The magnetic flux density curve as describing the magnetic flux leakage field in a defect is obtained by means of changing the inner surface defect length, defect depth and lift-off value of the model.And the distribution regularity of the leakage magnetic field of the inner surface of the pipe under different conditions is also obtained by means regularity of comparing the magnetic flux leakage curves.It is regarded that the flux leakage detection method as used for oil and gas pipelines can be also used for defect detection of metallic urban water pipeline.
