摘要: 周期軋管機(jī)上下軋輥不同步對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響很大,分析了上下軋輥不同步產(chǎn)生的各種原因,并找出了其主要因素。改進(jìn)傳動系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)、加工及使用中的不足,從根本上解決了軋輥不同步造成的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量缺陷。Abstract: The non-synchronism between the movements of the Pilger mill upper and lower rolls significantly affects the product quality. Causes leading to the said non-synchronism are analyzed and the key factors of them are identified. The disadvantages of the roll drive system in design, fabrication and application must be removed so as to essentially eliminate the product defects caused by the roll non-synchronism.
