    鈦合金特殊螺紋接頭HSTI性能分析

    Analysis of Performance of HSTITitanium Alloy Premium Connection

    • 摘要: 介紹一種鈦合金特殊螺紋接頭HSTI，運用有限元方法分析其密封性能，并進行上卸扣實物試驗，按照ISO 13679∶2002標(biāo)準CALⅣ進行復(fù)合加載試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明：鈦合金特殊螺紋接頭HSTI能滿足10次上卸扣螺紋不黏結(jié)，有限元分析及實物試驗均表明其具有優(yōu)異的密封性能。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the essay is a titanium alloy premium connection named as HSTI.The FEA method is used to study its sealing performance,and the full-scale make-up & break out test is conducted to it.Furthermore the composite loading test is also performed as per ISO 13679 ∶2002,CAL IV.The test results demonstrate that the HSTI premium connection is capable of meeting the requirement,i.e.,after ten times of make-up and break out operations,no thread galling is found.And the excellent sealability of the premium connection is well proved via the FEA investigation as well as the full-scale test.
