Development of a New Plug Bar Stripping Device of Plug Bar Circulation System

摘要: 頂桿脫出裝置是穿孔機后臺頂桿循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中的關鍵設備,其功能是將頂桿從毛管中脫出。介紹一種新型頂桿脫出裝置的設備組成、結構設計、驅動電機功率計算及工程應用情況。經理論分析和工程實際應用驗證,該頂桿脫出裝置具有生產效率高、結構強度好、操作靈活等特點,完全能夠滿足后臺配備頂桿循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的高節(jié)奏、高產能穿孔機組的要求。

Abstract: As a critical part of the plug bar circulation system of the piercer outlet table,the plug bar stripping device is used to get the plug bar withdrawn out of the pierced shell. A new type plug bar stripping device is described here,covering such main aspects as equipment composition,structure design,drive motor power calculation and engineering application,etc. Based on relevant theoretical analysis and engineering practice verification,it is demonstrated that the said plug bar stripping device features high productivity efficiency,good structural strength,and operational flexibility,etc.,being well-satisfactory to the normal operation of the plug bar circulation system as required by the piercing mill with quick operation cycle and high capacity.
