港口機械設(shè)備用大直徑厚壁S355J2H無縫鋼管的研制

R&D of Large-sized Heavy-wall S355J2H Seamless Steel Tube for Port Machinery Service

摘要: 通過研究化學(xué)成分設(shè)計、冶煉工藝、軋制工藝和正火處理工藝，成功開發(fā)出港口機械設(shè)備用大直徑厚壁Φ298.5 mm×70 mm規(guī)格S355J2H無縫鋼管。分析檢驗結(jié)果表明：采用“電爐+LF精煉+VD真空精煉+鍛制+Φ508 mm周期軋管機組軋管+正火處理”工藝生產(chǎn)的Φ298.5 mm×70 mm規(guī)格S355J2H無縫鋼管，其鋼質(zhì)純凈，強度高、低溫沖擊韌性優(yōu)良，正火處理后的性能和組織均勻，屈強比均在0.70以下，質(zhì)量水平與國外進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品相當(dāng)。

Abstract: The Φ298.5 mm×70 mm large-sized heavy-wall, S355J2H seamless steel tube for port machinery service is successfully developed via studies on the chemical composition design, the melting process, the rolling process and normalization treatment process.Results from relevant analysis and inspections demonstrate that the said seamless steel tube as produced with the process series of"EAF+LF+VD+forging+pipe-rolling with Φ508 mm pilger mill+normalization treatment" is in possession of clean steel quality, high strength, excellent low temperature impact toughness, homogenous post-normalization properties and structure, and yield ratio under 0.70 in any case.Quality level of the tube is equal to that of the similar product as imported from abroad.
