    一種斷面成型機通信故障的分析及處理

    Analysis and Processing of Communication Fault of Section Forming Machine

    • 摘要: 介紹斷面成型機的設備結構、工作原理，以及控制系統(tǒng)的構成；分析斷面成型機控制系統(tǒng)通信故障診斷方法；重點探討控制系統(tǒng)通信抗干擾問題的處理方法。實踐證明：該通信故障處理方法具有較高的可行性，采用后故障診斷和處理時間大幅降低，有效保障了設備的運轉率。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in this paper are the machine structure, the working principle and the control system of a certain section forming machine.Also analyzed and discussed are the method to diagnose communication fault in the control system and the problem of how to handle interferences in the control system.The practice proves that this communication fault processing method is quite feasible, and when it is applied, the fault diagnosing and processing time are significantly reduced, which effectively ensures the equipment running ratio.
