有準(zhǔn)備切換在芯棒傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用
APPLICATION OF READY-SWITCH-OVER TO MANDREL TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

摘要: 以AccuRoll軋管機(jī)所采用的限動(dòng)芯律傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為例，介紹了普通的邏輯無環(huán)流系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、工作原理及存在的問題。對無準(zhǔn)備切換與有準(zhǔn)備切換進(jìn)行了比較，著重論述了有準(zhǔn)備切換的邏輯無環(huán)流系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成、工作原理及應(yīng)用．Abstract: Citing the retained-mandrel transmission system of the Accu-Roll pipe mill as an instance,the author describes the advantages,working principle and current problems with respect to the common logic non-circulation system. Comparision between the non-ready switch-over and the ready-switch-over is made. Mainly discussed are the configuration, working principle and appli cation of the logic non-circulation system with ready-switch-over.
