    斜軋變形區(qū)的解析分析

    ANALYSIS OF CROSS-ROLLING DEFORMATION ZONE

    • 摘要: 通過斜軋輥形與變形區(qū)關(guān)系的數(shù)學(xué)模型,剖析了變形區(qū)特征和調(diào)整參數(shù)對變形的影響以及輥形的構(gòu)成特點(diǎn)等,提供了一種分析鋼管斜軋變形,輥形設(shè)計(jì)與修改的實(shí)用方法。

       

      Abstract: The characteristics of deformation zone, the influences of adjusting parameters on deformation as well as the constitution features of roll configuration are analysed based on a mathematical model of the relationship between roll configuration and deformation zone. And also a practical method of analysing steel pipe deformation during cross-rolling, and roll configuration design and its revision is provided.
