-45℃級09DR鋼及石油套管結(jié)晶機用精密無縫鋼管的研制

摘要: 本文介紹了經(jīng)V、Ti微合金化的-45℃級09DR新鋼種的研制過程及采用此鋼經(jīng)大減徑量和控制終溫軋制石油套管結(jié)晶機用無縫管的工藝。經(jīng)試驗證明,鋼管的脆性轉(zhuǎn)變溫度為-65~-75℃,夏氏沖擊功為日本JISG3460-84標(biāo)準(zhǔn)允許值的5~8倍,綜合性能及尺寸公差均達到并超過了國際同級鋼管的實物水平。Abstract: The paper introduces the development of V-Ti trace alloyed -45℃ Grade 09DR Steel and the rolling process of the special precision seamless steel tube for casing crystallizing machine by applying the technology of heavy reduction and final temperature control. The tests concerned indicate that the above mentioned special tube is of such characteristics as the brittleness transformation temperature of -65——75℃, Charpy impact value five to eight times as high as the allowable value specified in JISG3460-84 and both the comprehensive performances and dimensional tolerance better than those of the similar products manufactured abroad.
