摘要: 介紹了采用鋼鐵酸洗廢液制備污水處理劑聚合硫酸鐵的主要工藝流程、所用原料及設(shè)備等。由本工藝生產(chǎn)的污水處理劑與國(guó)家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和外購(gòu)品的對(duì)比分析表明,產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。用鋼鐵酸洗廢液制備污水處理劑具有投資省,見效快,環(huán)保效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。Abstract: The paper covers the main process flow for producing sewage treatment agent——polyferric sulphate with waste steel pickling liquor as well as the raw material and equipment therefor. Comparison of the said agent with relevant applicable national standard and the commercial equivalent shows that it has been up to the requirements as specified in applicable national standard. The process advantageously features small investment, quick returns and environment friendliness.
