    • 摘要: 微張力減徑機有單獨傳動（各機架）和集中差速傳動兩種傳動形式。概述了集中差速傳動微張力減徑機的生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)介紹了微張力減徑生產(chǎn)工藝的基本理論、主要工藝計算和設(shè)計方法等,此外還介紹了近年來在生產(chǎn)實踐中所作的設(shè)計改進(jìn)以及較為實用的集中差速傳動微張力減徑機電機轉(zhuǎn)速計算方法。

       

      Abstract: Two drive types are used for the slight-stretch reducing mill,namely the individual drive(for each individual roll stand) and the centralized differential drive. Briefed in the paper is the design of manufacture process of the slight-stretch reducing mill. Detailed are the main aspects of the said mill,covering the basic theory of the manufacture process,the major technological calculation and the design method. Also described are the design improvements as made in practice over the recent years,and some rather applicable calculation methods for motor rpm of the slight-stretch reducing mill with centralized differential drive system.
