摘要: 介紹了Monel 401管材生產(chǎn)及退火試驗(yàn)方法,分析了冷軋態(tài)Monel 401管材試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,重點(diǎn)研究了不同退火溫度對(duì)管材金相組織、力學(xué)性能的影響。分析認(rèn)為:Monel 401管材冷軋態(tài)組織為纖維狀組織,纖維狀組織隨退火溫度升高而逐漸減少。退火溫度700℃時(shí),發(fā)生完全再結(jié)晶,纖維狀組織消失;退火溫度550~600℃時(shí),抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、硬度和伸長(zhǎng)率基本保持不變;退火溫度600~700℃時(shí),抗拉強(qiáng)度緩慢下降,而屈服強(qiáng)度和硬度呈直線迅速下降,伸長(zhǎng)率呈直線迅速上升。退火溫度650℃時(shí),管材綜合性能較好,滿足用戶要求。Abstract: The production and testing annealing treatments of Monel 401 tubes are introduced.The structure and properties of the as-cold-rolled Monel 401 tubes are analyzed,focusing on the influence of different annealing temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Monel 401 tubes.The analysis leads to the following conclusions.An as-cold-rolled Monel 401 tube has a fibrous structure,which will become more and more less when annealing temperature increases.At the annealing temperature of 700℃,a complete recrystallization happens and the fibrous structure disappears.When the annealing temperature rises from 550 to 600℃,the tensile strength,yield strength,hardness and elongation rate are basically the same.When the annealing temperature rises from 600 to 700℃,the tensile strength decreases slowly,the yield strength and hardness decreases rapidly,and the elongation rate also increases rapidly.When the annealing temperature is 650℃,a tube shows fairly good comprehensive properities and can meet the user’s requirements.
