DSP-based Real-time Seam Tracking System for Large-sized Stainless Steel Welded Pipes

摘要: 介紹了一種基于DSP的不銹鋼焊管等離子弧焊的焊縫實時跟蹤系統(tǒng),對其工作原理、控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計和軟件程序設(shè)計的要點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了闡述。該系統(tǒng)采用激光傳感器測量焊縫的位置,并采用Fuzzy-P雙??刂七M(jìn)行焊縫的糾偏;采用DSP作為核心控制器產(chǎn)生控制信號,驅(qū)動焊槍高度方向的運(yùn)動和焊管的旋轉(zhuǎn),實現(xiàn)焊槍對焊縫的實時自動跟蹤,并根據(jù)焊縫尺寸實現(xiàn)焊接速度的自適應(yīng)調(diào)整。實驗結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)焊槍對焊縫的實時自動跟蹤,完全滿足實際焊接生產(chǎn)的需要。Abstract: A DSP-based real-time seam tracking system for PAW stainless welded pipes is presented here in the paper with details concerning such main aspects as the working principle,and the design tips of both software and hardware of the control system,etc.The laser sensor is used in this system to measure the position of the seam,and the Fuzzy-P double-mode control technique is adopted to rectify deviation of the seam.The DSP is used as the central controller to produce control signal which drives the motor for vertical movement of the welding torch,and makes the welded pipe rotating so as to realize the real-time automatic seam tracking with the welding torch,and the adaptive speed control according to the weld seam dimensions.The results of the experiments demonstrate that the said system is capable of bring about the real-time automatic seam tracking of the welding pipe by the welding torch,having completely met the requirement for the welding operation.
