直縫焊管的橫向成型原理與應用（Ⅰ）

摘要: 運用數(shù)學推理,系統(tǒng)地歸納了4種橫向成型方法:邊緣彎曲成型法、中心彎曲成型法、圓周彎曲成型法和綜合彎曲成型法。為焊管機組的選型、孔型設計提供了方便的計算方法和理論依據(jù),對原有焊管機組孔型系統(tǒng)的改造也有參考價值。Abstract: With mathematical deduction, four transversal formation processes are systematically established, i.e. rim-bending formation, center-bending formation, circumference-bending formation and comprehensive bending formation, which provides aneasy computing method and theoretical basis for type-selection and pass design of welded pipe plant and reference for modification of the pass system of welded pipe mill as well.
