二輥斜軋管機(jī)軋輥速度和導(dǎo)盤速度最佳匹配的探討

摘要: 建立了具有較大輾軋角和喂入角的二輥斜軋管機(jī)軋輥速度、軋件速度、導(dǎo)盤速度的數(shù)學(xué)模型,以及軋輥速度和導(dǎo)盤速度最佳匹配的數(shù)學(xué)模型,為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)提供一定理論依據(jù)。Abstract: The paper deals with two mathematic models concerning the two-high rotary pipe mill with relatively large toe angle and feed angle, one for roll speed, work-piece speed and disc velocity, the other for the optimum mate between roll speed and disc velocity, which can be used as theoretic basis for consideration of actual production.
