    焊管機(jī)組遞送輥壓力的優(yōu)化分析

    Optimization Analysis of Conveyer Roller Pressure of Weld Pipe Plant

    • 摘要: 遞送機(jī)是焊管機(jī)組的重要設(shè)備之一,為整個(gè)機(jī)組提供動(dòng)力。遞送輥對(duì)鋼板產(chǎn)生驅(qū)動(dòng)力的同時(shí)又因?yàn)閺椥宰冃蔚挠绊憰?huì)對(duì)鋼板前進(jìn)造成阻力。主要分析了遞送輥壓力的確定方法;在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)遞送輥壓力進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化計(jì)算,通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)編程的方法計(jì)算出滿足生產(chǎn)要求的遞送輥上的最小壓力。

       

      Abstract: As one of the key equipment units of the weld pipe plant, the conveyor supplies power for the operation line as a whole.The conveyer rollers drive the steel plate, and at the same time resist against the forward movement of the plate due to their elastic deformation.Mainly analyzed in the paper is the method for determining pressure of the conveyor rollers.Based on the quantitative analysis, optimization calculation of the said pressure is carried out.As a result, the minimum pressure imposed upon the conveyor roller as required for the operation is computed by means of the mathematic and computer programming methods.
