    Comparison between Pipe Drop Weight Tear Test Specifications of API RP 5L3—2014 and SY/T 6476—2013

    • 摘要: 對(duì)比了APIRP 5L3—2014與SY/T 6476—2013標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中落錘撕裂試驗(yàn)的適用范圍、試樣制備、設(shè)備參數(shù)、試驗(yàn)溫度和試樣評(píng)價(jià)等主要技術(shù)要求。分析認(rèn)為：這兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在落錘撕裂試驗(yàn)取樣位置、試驗(yàn)尺寸、試樣保溫條件和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果評(píng)定方面存在較大差異；APIRP 5L3—2014只適用于管線鋼管，對(duì)試樣缺口半徑尺寸要求較為寬松，保溫介質(zhì)為液體，不接受異常斷口的評(píng)定；SY/T 6476—2013適用于管線鋼管和制管用板卷、鋼板，對(duì)試樣缺口半徑要求嚴(yán)格，保溫介質(zhì)為液體或氣體，規(guī)范性附錄B中規(guī)定了異常斷口的評(píng)定方法。

       

      Abstract: Compared in the article are the major technical requirements for the pipe drop weight tear test as specified under APIRP 5L3—2014 and SY/T 6476—2013，including applicable scopes，specimen preparation，equipment parameters，test temperature and specimen evaluation，etc.Based on the analysis，it is identified that the above mentioned two specifications are obviously different in the main aspects of the drop weight tear test，in terms of sampling location，sample size，samp le heat preservation and test result evaluation.APIRP 5L3—2014 is only applicable to the steel linepipe，featuring relatively loose requirement for specimen notch radium dimension，liquid medium of heat preservation，unacceptance of evaluation for abnormal fracture，while SY/T 6476—2013 is applicable to both the steel linpipe and steel coil and plate for pipe-making，featuring strict requirement for specimen notch radium dimension，liquid or gas medium for heat preservation，and the evaluation method for abnormal fracture as specified in Appendix B.
