    Further Knowledge of Seamless Steel Tube Manufacturing Technology of CPE Pipe-rolling Mill

    • 摘要: 從生產(chǎn)工藝、工具和設(shè)備組成方面,對(duì)比分析了CPE機(jī)組與連軋管機(jī)組在生產(chǎn)小規(guī)格無(wú)縫鋼管時(shí)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。分析認(rèn)為:兩種機(jī)組在生產(chǎn)品種、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量接近的情況下,CPE機(jī)組具有投資少、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)和操作簡(jiǎn)單、維護(hù)量小和運(yùn)行成本低的特點(diǎn),比連軋管機(jī)組有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。

       

      Abstract: The technical features of the CPE pipe mill and the mandrel pipe mil are compared and analyzed in case of producing small-sized seamless steel pipes,involving such aspects as manufacturing process,operational tools and equipment configuration. Based on the analysis,it is concluded that with similar pipe types and product quality, the CPE mill,compared with the mandrel pipe mill,is in possession of such advantages as low initial investment, simplified equipment structure and operation procedure,small maintenance amount,and low operation cost,etc., having competitive superiority over the latter.
