摘要: 在不同錠型鋼中A1含量及S含量、澆鑄溫度及澆鑄時(shí)間等試驗(yàn)工藝條件下,對(duì)模鑄20管鋼、φ450mm、2.1t(圓波浪形)鋼錠裂紋率的影響進(jìn)行了分析與討論,并確定了主要工藝參數(shù)。Abstract: The article analyses and discusses the influences of the experimental process conditions such as Al and S contents of various kinds of steel ingots, casting temperature and time on cracks of 450mm diameter, 2100kg weight rippled round ingots of 20 steel by mould casting, and also determines the basic process parameters.
