    高強塑性TRIP鋼無縫鋼管的開發(fā)及其內(nèi)高壓成形性能的研究

    Development of High Strength and Plasticity TRIP Seamless Steel Tube and Investigation of Its Hydroformability

    • 摘要: 將已經(jīng)趨于成熟的TRIP鋼生產(chǎn)技術(shù)應用到鋼管的生產(chǎn)領域,成功開發(fā)出具有鐵素體、貝氏體、殘余奧氏體和少量馬氏體組織的薄壁TRIP鋼無縫鋼管,并利用普通拉伸、管端擴口、環(huán)形拉伸以及液壓自由膨脹等試驗手段對其力學性能及內(nèi)高壓成形性能進行了試驗研究。研究結(jié)果表明,TRIP鋼無縫鋼管具有較好的軸向、周向力學性能及內(nèi)高壓成形性能,可以在內(nèi)高壓成形領域中推廣應用。

       

      Abstract: The proved manufacturing technique of the TRIP steel is employed for steel tube production,and thus,a type of light-wall seamless tube in this steel and with a microstrucuture of ferrite,bainite,retained austenite as well as minor martensite is successfully developed.And its mechanical properties and hyrauformability are investigated via conventional tensile test,pipe-end flaring test,ring tensile test and hydraulic free bulge test.As a result,it is identified that the TRIP steel-made seamless tube as developed exhibits excellent axial and circum-ferential mechanical properties as well as good hydroformability,being worth using in the hydroforming field.
