    回火時(shí)間對(duì)高壓鍋爐管組織性能的影響

    INFLUENCE OF TEMPER PERIOD ON METALLOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF HI-PRESSURE BOILER PIPES

    • 摘要: 對(duì)15CrMo、12Cr1MoV和12Cr2MoWVTiB鋼進(jìn)行了不同回火時(shí)間處理后的各項(xiàng)常溫和高溫性能試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,縮短該類鋼高壓鍋爐管現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的回火時(shí)間對(duì)其金相組織、室溫性能及高溫持久強(qiáng)度影響不大。

       

      Abstract: The result of tests for various properties under both ambient and high temperatures of 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV and 12Cr2MoWVTiB steels tempered with different periods shows that reducing the temper periods specified under the prevailing specification for high-pressure boiler pipes of the said steels will produce little influence on the metallographic structure, ambient-temperature-properties and anti-hi-temperature strength of the pipes.
