    Technical Difficulties Associated with Development of Heavy-wall HFW Submarine Steel Linepipe and Relevant Countermeasures

    • 摘要: 研究分析Φ610 mm×20.6 mm規(guī)格X65MO鋼級(jí)HFW海底管線鋼管開發(fā)過程中碰到的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),提出了一系列相應(yīng)的解決措施,主要解決板材工作寬度的設(shè)計(jì)、成型及焊接穩(wěn)定性的保證和焊縫熱處理工藝的制定三個(gè)方面的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)。實(shí)施后對(duì)生產(chǎn)出的鋼管進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:開發(fā)的厚壁HFW海底管線鋼管各項(xiàng)性能符合客戶技術(shù)規(guī)范和DNV-OS-F101—2005標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

       

      Abstract: Studied and analyzed in here in the essay are the technical difficulties as encountered with in the development of theΦ610 mm×20.6 mm X65MOHFWsubmarine steel linepipe.As a result, a number of relevant countermeasures are proposed, focusing on those associated with three major aspects, i.e., design of the working width of the steel plate, guaranteeing the forming and welding stabilities, and preparation of the weld heat treatment process.The steel pipes as manufactured with implementation of the said measures are inspected and tested.The results prove that the heavy-wall HFW submarine steel linepipe has its all properties in compliance with the customer technical specification and the requirements as specified under Standard DNV-OS-F101-2005.
