    弧形螺紋套管接頭的設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)力分析

    Design and Stress Analysis of Curved Thread Casing Connection

    • 摘要: 提出了API長(zhǎng)圓螺紋套管接頭的弧形設(shè)計(jì)思想;通過(guò)有限元分析,比較了圓錐螺紋和弧形螺紋的螺紋接觸應(yīng)力分布。計(jì)算分析表明:弧形螺紋能優(yōu)化接觸應(yīng)力分布,既容易加工、不增加成本,又能減少螺紋黏結(jié)的發(fā)生,提高套管使用壽命。

       

      Abstract: The design idea of the curved profile of the API long round thread casing connection is put forwarded. And thread contact stress distribution of the tapered thread is compared with that of the curved thread by means of the finite element analysis(FEA)method. Relevant calculation result shows that the curved thread can get the stress distribution optimized,and that such type of thread is easy to be processed,and meanwhile,no more cost is caused,and moreover the gulling rate will be reduced,which means a longer service span.
