    頁巖氣開采用套管抗外壓擠毀性能試驗研究

    Experimental Study on Resistance against External Collapse of Shale Gas Casing

    • 摘要: 通過實物試驗和有限元分析方法,研究頁巖氣套管在不同工況條件下的抗外壓擠毀性能及主要變形形貌。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),套管抗外壓擠毀性能隨狗腿度和局部缺欠程度的增加而降低;有限元分析的變形形貌與實際損壞形貌相同,有限元計算分析結(jié)果與實物試驗具有較高的一致性。對現(xiàn)有試驗設(shè)備無法擠毀的厚壁管,可采用有限元方法進(jìn)行擠毀試驗仿真分析。

       

      Abstract: The resistance against external collapse and main deformation morphology of the shale gas casing under different working conditions are studied by the full-scale test and the finite element analysis(FEA).The results show that the bearing capacity decreases with the increase of the dog leg degree and the local defect degree,and the deformation morphology resulting from the FEA is the same as the actual damage morphology;and the FEA result has a high consistency with that of the full-scale test.For the heavy-wall pipe which can not be collapsed with the existing test equipment,the FEA method may be used to conduct the simulation analysis of the collapse test.
