    冷拔圓管周向不均勻變形初探

    AN APPROACH TO NON-UNIFORM CIRCUMFERENTIAL FORMATION OF COLD-DRAWN ROUND TUBES

    • 摘要: 本文推薦了以外徑減縮系數(shù)KD和壁厚減縮系數(shù)KS為中心的冷拔圓管工藝參數(shù)新系列,并用參數(shù)KD和KS對冷拔圓管周向不均勻變形進(jìn)行了分析,得出了拔管工藝與周向不均勻變形的殘余應(yīng)力бθ的初步關(guān)系。

       

      Abstract: A new spstem of process parameters for round tube cold-drawn,with OD reduction coefficient KD and wall-thickness reduction coefficient Ks taken as key data,is recommended and the non-uniform circumferential formation is analysed using the efficients KD and Ks and the relationship between the cold-drawing process and the residual stress бθ on tubes being non-uniformly formed is obtained.
