    Technological Tests on Dual Phase Seamless Steel Pipe Made from Q345 Steel and Evaluation of its Forming Performance

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)對(duì)Q345無(wú)縫鋼管進(jìn)行中頻感應(yīng)加熱及環(huán)形噴水冷卻,得到了鐵素體+馬氏體的雙相鋼無(wú)縫鋼管。采用單向拉伸試驗(yàn)測(cè)試鋼管的力學(xué)性能,結(jié)合鋼管在掃描電鏡和透射電鏡下的微觀組織形貌,分析了臨界區(qū)不同退火溫度對(duì)雙相鋼無(wú)縫鋼管的組織及性能的影響。采用管端擴(kuò)口試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)試驗(yàn)鋼管的成型性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:Q345無(wú)縫鋼管通過(guò)中頻感應(yīng)加熱至臨界區(qū)退火后,可獲得高強(qiáng)度、高成型性能的雙相鋼無(wú)縫鋼管,其中750℃退火后,試驗(yàn)鋼管的各相分布較為均勻,應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線呈現(xiàn)連續(xù)屈服狀態(tài),強(qiáng)塑積可以達(dá)到16 510 MPa·%。

       

      Abstract: By applying intermediate frequency induction heating and spray ring cooling on a Q345 seamless steel pipe, a dual phase seamless steel pipe containing ferrite and martensite is made.Analyzed the influence of different intercritical annealing temperatures on the structure and properties of the dual phase seamless steel pipe. Also evaluated is the forming performance of the testing pipe by the pipe end expanding test.The results of the tests indicate that when a Q345 seamless steel pipe is heated to intercritical temperature by intermediate frequency induction heating and then treated by annealing, a dual phase seamless steel pipe with high strength and high forming performance will be made.For example, after being annealed at 750℃, the testing pipe will have a relatively homogeneous phase distribution, a stress-strain curve showing continuous yielding and a product of strength and elongation reaching 16 510 MPa·%.
