    Optimization of PLC Program and Development of Touch-sensitive Operation System for Q1114 High-efficiency Tube Cut-off Machine

    • 摘要: 簡介了安陽鋼鐵集團有限責任公司無縫鋼管廠Q1114高效切管機組改造的成功經驗。改造后的該機組運轉率顯著提高,操作簡便、靈活、易掌握,為國內同類型機組及Q1118型高效切管機組改造提供了一種可行性思路。

       

      Abstract: The co-authors brief the experience of successful modification of the Q1114 high-efficiency tube cut-off machine installed at the Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Anyang I ＆S Group Co.,Ltd. Operational practice shows that the modified machine is capable of high running efficiency,easy operation and high flexibility.The said modification is a good reference for possible modifications of similar home-made cut-off machines and the Q1118 high-efficiency cut-off machine as well.
