    Φ76mm軋管機增速過程中的減速機改造

    Modification of Gear Reducer of Φ76 mm Pipe Mill forSpeed-Increasing Purpose

    • 摘要: 為適應增大設備生產能力的需要,安陽鋼鐵集團有限責任公司無縫鋼管廠對Φ76mm軋管機組實施了"增速"改造。通過對比分析,選擇了減少減速機速比的方法來達到軋管機增速的目的。其方法是改變減速機二級傳動齒輪的齒數(shù)分配,選用新的齒輪材料,提高齒輪的硬度和加工精度等。

       

      Abstract: To enhance production capacity of the manufacturing equipment, proper modification of the gear reducer of the Φ 76 mm pipe mill located at Seamless Steel Tube Plant, Anyang I ＆ S Corporation, Ltd., Henan Province was conducted to increase the mill speed. Based on relevant comparison and analysis, it was chosen to use a lower speed ratio for the reducer so as to increase the mill speed. The solution involved such details like changing tooth number distribution of the reducer’s two-stage drive gears, using certain new gear material, enhancing gear hardness and processing accuracy.odificationofGe
