Application of SOPTA CPE Mill Process Control Technology

摘要: 介紹CPE生產(chǎn)線最新配置SOPTA頂管機(jī)生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的組成以及功能，對比去除咬鋼沖擊后的SOPTA頂管機(jī)生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算電流與實(shí)測平均電流，并分析SOPTA頂管機(jī)生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢。分析認(rèn)為：SOPTA頂管機(jī)生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算電流與實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)基本一致，具有計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確、自動化、運(yùn)行高效安全等特點(diǎn)。

Abstract: The compositon and function of the SOPTA CPE process optimization system newly equipped to the CPE produciton line are introduced.The electric currents（removing the billet biting impact part）calculated by SOPTA system and the actual average current measurements are compared，and the advantages of SOPTA CPE process optimization system are analyzed.The analysis leads to such a conclusion that the electric currents calculated by SOPTA system and the actual current measurements are basically the same，and the system has the charateristics such as accurate calculation，automization as well as highly-efficient and safe operation.
