摘要: 介紹了冷拔鋼管計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),闡述了它在鋼管生產(chǎn)中的作用,分析了它的組成結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)方法。新型CAPP系統(tǒng)綜合了檢索式和創(chuàng)成式的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并將成組技術(shù)和專家系統(tǒng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于軟件設(shè)計(jì),具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和較高的智能性,該系統(tǒng)目前已應(yīng)用于鋼管生產(chǎn)。同時(shí)還指出了CAPP系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中應(yīng)注意的問題。Abstract: Discussed in the article are the main aspects of CAD process design system for cold-drawn steel tubes, including application, structure and method for designing, With the combination of advantages of the retrieval mode and those of initiative mode and utilization of the expert technology and group technology to software designing, the said newly developed CAD system is of rather high practical applicability and intelligent level. The system has been now utilized for steel tube production. The authors also emphasize the key issues which need to be dealt with carefully in developing a CAPP system.
