    CARTA®系統(tǒng)在Φ89mm連軋管機(jī)組上的應(yīng)用

    Application of CARTAR® System to Ф89 mm MPM Plant

    • 摘要: CARTA系統(tǒng)主要由工藝控制系統(tǒng)、檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)和操作控制系統(tǒng)組成;主要功能有管端控制功能（CEC）、壁厚控制功能（WTCLL）、工藝設(shè)計(jì)功能和系統(tǒng)診斷功能。介紹了CEC系統(tǒng)和WTCLL系統(tǒng)的工作原理及使用效果。簡(jiǎn)述了CARTA系統(tǒng)在Φ89 mm連軋管機(jī)組張力減徑機(jī)上的使用情況。實(shí)踐證明,CARTA系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,安全可靠,使用后可減少管端增厚和鋼管壁厚不均。

       

      Abstract: CARTA® System mainly consists three key units, i.e., the process control system, the measuring system and the operation control system, providing such functions as tube end control(CEC), wall thickness control(WTCLL), process design and system diagnosis.Detailed are the work principles and operation results of the CEC and WTCLL functions.Briefed in the article is the application of CARTA® System to the stretch reducing mill of the Ф89 mm MPM Plant.Relevant operation practice shows that the CARTA® System is capable of consistent and safe operation to produce tubes with less thickened ends and better wall thickness uniformity.
