    Assel軋管機(jī)芯棒冷卻及后臺(tái)設(shè)備的改造

    Modifications of Mandrel Cooling System and Outlet Table of Assel Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 全浮動(dòng)軋制、后臺(tái)傳動(dòng)的Assel軋管機(jī)存在芯棒甩動(dòng)而易彎曲、后臺(tái)荒管和芯棒導(dǎo)向能力不足以及主減速機(jī)溫升大等嚴(yán)重問題。為此,采用熱態(tài)滾動(dòng)矯直和分段冷卻技術(shù)對芯棒冷卻機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn);將主減速機(jī)的傳動(dòng)方式改為單獨(dú)傳動(dòng),調(diào)整荒管導(dǎo)向裝置和改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu),加大其開閉動(dòng)作幅度等。改造后,芯棒冷卻不均以及附加彎曲減小,后臺(tái)荒管導(dǎo)向能力明顯增強(qiáng),使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Several problems are encountered with the Assel pipe mill featuring full-floating rolling and out-let table-located drive system, including swing-caused mandrel-bending, poor guidance to the shell/mandrel and serious temperature rise of the main gear reducer.Accordingly, a series of modifications are carried out, i.e., modification of mandrel-cooling system by means of hot-rotating straightening and stepped-cooling process;changing the drive type of the main gear reducer into individual drive, and improving the shell-guiding device with a better structure to increase the opening/closing range.Thanks to these measures, the temperature inhomogeneity and additional bending of the mandrel being cooled are mitigated, and the outlet table guidance to the shell is much better than before, resulting in good effectiveness.
