摘要: LD-60冷軋管機(jī)的芯桿卡緊機(jī)構(gòu)因個(gè)別部件結(jié)構(gòu)不合理而易發(fā)生故障,增加了設(shè)備停機(jī)時(shí)間,本文介紹了一種由結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單的卡盤裝置構(gòu)成的卡緊機(jī)構(gòu)和用于LD-80冷軋管機(jī)的使用效果。Abstract: The mandrel clamping structure in LD-60 cold-rolling mill often failed when operating because of some unreasonable components, resulting in more equipment downtime. A new clamping structure comprising a chuck with simple components and its application result to LD-60 cold-rolling mill are introduced.
