射流式超聲波自動(dòng)探傷系統(tǒng)在直縫焊管上的應(yīng)用

Application of Automatic Jet-flow Ultrasonic Detection System to SSAW Pipe Production

摘要: 為保證提供高質(zhì)量的鋼管,必須采用先進(jìn)可靠的質(zhì)量控制手段。重點(diǎn)介紹了渤海石油裝備制造有限公司鋼管制造公司從德國(guó)KD公司引進(jìn)的ECHO1150射流式超聲波探傷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備組成、主要工藝參數(shù)和特點(diǎn)、設(shè)備參數(shù)調(diào)整、工作過(guò)程,以及該探傷系統(tǒng)在JCOE直縫焊管生產(chǎn)線上的實(shí)際運(yùn)行效果等。

Abstract: Consistent supply of high quality steel tubular products presupposes technologically advanced and reliable quality control facilities. Focused on in the article is a description concerning the main aspects of the ECHO1150 jet-flow ultrasonic detection system as imported from German KD by Steel Pipe Manufacture Co., Bohai Petroleum Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd., covering the equipment composition, the major technological data and relevant characteristics, setting of the equipment data and operation process. Also described is the actual operation effectiveness of the said detection system as used in the JCOE SSAW pipe production line.
