摘要: 介紹了新型阿塞爾軋管機(jī)的工藝及設(shè)備特點(diǎn)和原Φ100mm機(jī)組生產(chǎn)線改造情況。試生產(chǎn)表明,新型阿塞爾軋管機(jī)軋制中等壁厚的荒管時(shí),荒管外徑小于毛管外徑5mm即可實(shí)現(xiàn)無切尾軋制;軋制薄壁荒管時(shí),使用"快打開"裝置,可使管尾損失控制在50mm以內(nèi)。Abstract: The co-authors introduce the process-equipment features of the new type Assel pipe mill and the modification of the old Φ100mm pipe production line. The trial production shows that in case of producing medium-wall pipes the Assel mill can provide non-end-crop pipe-rolling providing the pipe O. D. is 5mm less than that of the shell, and in Case of light-wall pipe-rolling with the mill's QUICK-OPEN system the end-crop is controlled to be within 50mm.
