    “十三五”鋼管標準體系建設方案探討

    Discussion of Establishment Scheme of Steel Pipe Standard System in “13th Five-Year Plan”

    • 摘要: 介紹了我國鋼管標準體系的框架結構，統(tǒng)計了我國現(xiàn)有的鋼管標準以及在研計劃情況，分析了國際標準轉化情況以及目前我國鋼管標準化工作中存在的問題；從標準體系的構建思路和原則、發(fā)展目標、標準制定的重點領域3個方面入手，探討“十三五”時期我國鋼管標準體系的建設方案。

       

      Abstract: The frame structure of the steel pipe standard system in China is described, the statistics to the existing steel pipe specifications and the ones under plan are made and the international standardization condition and some issues currently in the steel pipe standardization in China are analyzed.The establishment scheme of the steel pipe standard system in "13th Five-Year Plan" period in China are discussed from three aspects of the establishing idea and principle of the standard system, the development targets and the key fields of the standard establishment.
