一種兼具沖孔功能的液壓打頭砧模的改進(jìn)

A Modified Hydraulic Heading Anvil Combined with Punching Function

摘要: 針對毛管打頭后進(jìn)行人工沖孔的缺點(diǎn)，通過改進(jìn)毛管打頭用上、下砧模的結(jié)構(gòu)及材料，設(shè)計(jì)出一種兼具沖孔功能的液壓打頭砧模，實(shí)現(xiàn)了毛管熱態(tài)打頭與沖孔的同步完成。實(shí)踐證明：改進(jìn)后的液壓打頭砧模不僅減少了生產(chǎn)成本，降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了生產(chǎn)效率，而且使毛管頭部成型更加穩(wěn)定、優(yōu)良，保證了鋼管的內(nèi)表面質(zhì)量。

Abstract: Addressing the disadvantages staying with the process of manual punching of headed shell，a modified hydraulic heading anvil with punching function is designed by means of changing the conventional shell-heading device’s material and its structure as composed with upper and lower anvils.Thanks to the modification，two operation steps，i.e.，hot-heading and punching of the shell are combined into just one process，and performed at the same time.Relevant actual operation shows that the said modified heading anvil device is in possession of such advantages as lower operation cost，reduced labor intensity，higher productivity，and more consistent and better formation of the shell head which ensures satisfactory inner surface quality of the pipe.
