摘要: 介紹國內(nèi)某Φ89 mm連軋管機組改造工程的特點。為了高效率、高質(zhì)量地完成工程建設任務，在國內(nèi)某Φ89 mm連軋管機組施工圖改造設計過程中采用三維輔助設計、工藝優(yōu)化設計、設計與施工深度融合等方法。與國內(nèi)類似機組相比，該機組改造后呈現(xiàn)出一系列亮點，經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益顯著，為小直徑無縫鋼管機組的升級起到了很好的示范作用。

Abstract: Elaborated here in the article are the characteristics of the modification project for a certain domestic Φ89 mm mandrel mill line.In order to fulfill the construction task of the said project with high efficiency and high quality,during the modification design of the engineering drawings of the said mandrel mill line,couple of methods are adopted,including the 3-D-aided design,the optimal process design,and deep integration of design & construction,etc.Compared with similar mill lines in the country,owing to the modification project,this mandrel mill line is highlighted in many aspects,and produces both remarkable economic profit and social profit,having been a very good example for upgrading small-sized seamless steel pipe mills.
