Abstract:
Described here in the article are the equipment parameters and optimized design characteristics of the walking-beam quenching furnace and walking-beam tempering furnace of a specific heat treatment operation line.Also involved are applications of the world advanced machines incorporated into the said operation line，including the flux leakage pipe flaw inspecting system，the ultrasonic detector and the pipe-end flaw magnetic particle detection machine，etc.Actual operation practice of the heat treatment line demonstrates that the hearth temperatures of the newly-built quenching furnace and tempering furnace are homogenous，and the water quenching performances consistent，and that the finishing line is capable of smooth operation，resulting in consistent and reliable steel pipe quality.This case is regarded as worth using as reference by other domestic companies for building or modifying their own seminar equipment.
