Discussion on Standards for Calibration of Universal Tensile Testing Machine

摘要: 通過對JJG139-1999和ASTM E4-03（方法C）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的對比,指出兩種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對萬能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)在檢定方法上具有等效性,為按照API Spec 5L標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)的鋼管采用萬能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行檢定提供了理論依據(jù)。Abstract: Based on comparison of Standard JJG139-1999 and Standard ASTM E4-03(Method C), it is concluded that the said two standards are equivalent to each other in terms of calibration method for the universal tensile testing machine, which provides relevant theoretic basis for calibration of the universal tensile testing ma-chine to inspect steel tubes as made according to API Spec.5L.
