Development of 25CrMo Steel for Making L80 Anti-H₂S Corrosion Oil Casing

摘要: 采用EAF-LF-VD-CC工藝純凈鋼生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，在Cr-Mo鋼的成分基礎(chǔ)上添加Ni、Ti元素，設(shè)計開發(fā)了一種抗硫化氫腐蝕石油套管用25CrMo鋼。統(tǒng)計分析結(jié)果表明：25CrMo鋼的實物質(zhì)量良好，具有純>凈度高、有害元素含量少、晶粒細小、組織均勻、表面質(zhì)量優(yōu)良等優(yōu)點；其抗硫化氫腐蝕性能優(yōu)異，適用于P_H₂S100 kPa的腐蝕環(huán)境；制得L80抗硫化氫腐蝕石油套管的力學(xué)性能滿足客戶要求。

Abstract: The 25CrMo steel for making the L80 anti-H₂S corrosion oil casing is designed and developed by means of the EAF-LF-VD-CC clean steel-making technology，and adding Ni and Ti to the chemical composition of the Cr-Mo steel.Relevant statistical analysis shows that the 25CrMo steel has excellent physical quality，featuring high cleanness，low harmful element contents，fine grain and homogeneous microstructure and good surface quality，etc.The said steel als>o possesses outstanding H₂S-corrosion resistance，being suitable for service under operation environment with P_H₂S100 kPa.The L80 anti-H₂S corrosion oil casing as made of the said steel is in possession of mechanical properties up to the customer specified requirements.
