    提高MPM連軋管機組芯棒使用壽命的措施

    Actions for Enhancing Service Span of MPM-used Mandrels

    • 摘要: 芯棒是限動芯棒連軋管機組中最重要的熱變形工具,其表面質量直接關系到產品的尺寸精度以及管體的內表面質量,同時,它也是限動芯棒連軋管生產過程中損耗最大的一種軋制工具,其使用效果決定著鋼管生產成本的高低。在分析芯棒失效形式和原因的基礎上提出了提高芯棒使用壽命的措施。

       

      Abstract: Since the mandrel is regarded as the most critical thermal-deformation tool of the retained mandrel MPM pipe plant,its surface quality directly influences the dimensional tolerances and inner surface quality of the pipe as rolled.Moreover,the mandrel is also the most consumable operation tool in the rolling process of such MPM,thus its operational efficiency will determine the cost-effectiveness of the pipe production line.Based on analysis of the failure types and causes of the mandrel,actions for enhancing the mandrel service span are proposed.
