應力時效對P110套管螺紋參數的影響

摘要: 在Φ339.7mm P110高強套管研制開發(fā)中發(fā)現,螺紋加工完成后因應力時效引起管體端頭直徑的變化,導致螺紋參數隨之變化。通過對調質處理并矯直的套管幾何尺寸及螺紋參數的測量試驗,測試出隨時間推移鋼管幾何尺寸、螺紋參數的變化量,分析其變化趨勢及程度。通過應力時效對鋼管形體作用的機理分析,提出確保套管螺紋參數穩(wěn)定的控制措施。Abstract: It is identified in R&D of the Φ339.7 mm P110 hi-strength casing that the variation of the tube end diameter is caused by the stress ageing after completion of the thread processing,resulting in the thread parameters changed gradually.The trend and severity of the said changes are analyzed based on the measurements of the quantitive changes over the elapse of the time of the geometric dimensions and thread parameters of the quenched-tempered and straightened casing.Necessary control actions to ensure the consistency of the casing thread parameters are proposed in accordance with the analysis on the mechanism concerning the stress ageing influence on the steel tube shape.
