    Investigation of Factors Influencing Results of Off-line Tensile Test on 3PE Anti-corrosion Layer on Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)鋼管防腐離線檢驗(yàn)中常用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 1040.2—2006和ASTM D638—2014,介紹3PE防腐層試樣制備、狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)等情況,對(duì)比3種類型3PE防腐層試樣的拉伸強(qiáng)度,分析影響鋼管3PE防腐層拉伸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的因素。分析認(rèn)為:與GB/T 1040.2—2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的IB型、IBA型試樣相比,ASTM D638—2014標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的Ⅳ型試樣的標(biāo)距相對(duì)較小,保證了試樣防腐層的厚度均勻,同時(shí)試樣肩部應(yīng)力集中小,因此推薦采用。

       

      Abstract: According to GB/T 1040.2-2006 and ASTM D638-2013 which are commonly followed in off-line corrosion test for steel tube,the preparation of 3PE anti-corrosion layer samples and the status adjustments are introduced in the paper.Tensile strengths of 3 types of 3PE anti-corrosion layers are compared,and the factors that affect the results of the tensile tests are analyzed.It is concluded that comparing to IB and IBA samples defined in GB/T 1040.2-2006,Ⅳtype sample defined in ASTM D638-2014 has smaller gauge length,which assures the homogeneity of the thickness of an anti-corrosion layer.Ⅳtype sample also has concentrated shouder stress,so it is recommened for the test.
