寶鋼H₂S腐蝕試驗系統(tǒng)的自主設(shè)計集成

摘要: 為滿足抗硫油井管、抗硫管線管及抗硫壓力容器用鋼的生產(chǎn)試驗需要,寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司建設(shè)了一套完整的H₂S腐蝕檢測設(shè)施,包括SSCC實驗室、HIC實驗室、試驗準備室、控制室及廢氣處理系統(tǒng)等。通過自主設(shè)計集成,解決了廢氣處理系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)力環(huán)集控系統(tǒng)、恒溫腐蝕槽、空調(diào)等的設(shè)計難題,打通了抗硫油井管的生產(chǎn)“瓶頸”,提高了抗硫油井管的產(chǎn)能。

Abstract: A complete H₂S corrosion testing facility has been set up by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co..,Ltd.to meet the need for mill testing activities concerning the steels for SSC OCTG,SSC linepipe and pressure vessel service,consisting such units as the SSCC lab,the HIC lab,the testing preparation room,the control room and the waste gas processing system,etc.Thanks to the independently-developed design integrity,big difficulties associated with such issues as the waste gas processing system,the stress ring centralized control,the constant temperature corrosion bath and air conditioning system,etc.are all solved,resulting in having the “bottle neck” of the SSC OCTG production eliminated,and the production capacity of SSC OCTG increased.
