    管材拉拔模具定徑區(qū)摩擦力的研究

    Research on Friction of Sizing Section of Drawing Dies for Tubular Products

    • 摘要: 比較精確地確定管材在拉拔時(shí)的拉拔力,對(duì)于制定合理的拉拔工藝,充分發(fā)揮拉拔機(jī)的能力,保證拉拔機(jī)在拉拔過(guò)程中安全可靠地運(yùn)行均具有重要意義。研究了在空拉、固定芯頭拉拔和游動(dòng)芯頭拉拔三種狀況下拉拔模具定徑區(qū)摩擦力對(duì)拉拔力的影響,并推導(dǎo)出合理的拉拔力計(jì)算公式。

       

      Abstract: Accurate setup of the drawing force applied for drawing of tubular product plays an important role in working out proper drawing process, maximizing the mill capacity and ensuring safe and consistent running of the mill. Effect by friction of the sizing section of the drawing dies on the drawing force are discussed in terms of the three drawing Processes, namely non-mandrel drawing, fixed-mandrel drawing and floating-mandrel drawing, and appropriate calculation formula for drawing force deduced.
